Once you’ve signed up for the conference, follow these steps to complete your conference registration. Important: You won’t be able to attend the conference until you have completed your conference registration.

No, your registration information will carry forward from the October conference. However, you will need to SUBMIT your registration form answers to enter the conference.

There are several ways to login to the conference:

3. You will receive an email from Brazen the day before and the morning of each day of the conference. You can login through the link in the email or if you added the event to your calendar (from the email) you can click on the calendar link. Please note that each day has a unique link.
4. Similarly, you will receive an email from iRelaunch the day before each day of the conference with the link for the next day.

Yes. We recommend that you login now so that you can familiarize yourself with the Brazen platform and ensure that your registration is complete. Please note that the employer booths for Day 1 are still being updated and you won’t see any employer booths for Day 2 until November 9 (the Day 2 booths will be exactly the same as Day 1). Once updated, the employer booths will have company information and job opportunities that you can research ahead of time.  

Please also note that the green “ready to chat” buttons in the sponsor booths won’t be visible until the event goes live on November 19.

Brazen will inform you if your registration is incomplete when you login. You can also email [email protected].

After you login to Brazen, you will see a “Registration” link in the left hand column. Click on the link and you can update any of the information. If you’d like to change your resume, click “Remove” to remove the old resume and then “Select File” to select your new resume. Be sure to scroll down to “Save” your changes.

Yes, but you can change the time zone in Brazen.

Only the “Assessing Your Career Options” will be recorded during the November conference and will be accessible through your Conference product from 11/23 to 12/31. You will receive selected slides from the conference. 

No. There is dedicated chat time each day of the conference so that you can listen to the broadcasts and participate in chats.

All chats are 1:1

Chats start as text-based but an employer may invite you to do an audio/video chat.

• Yes. Make sure your “Chat Availability” is set to “Available”
• You can sign up to chat with as many employers as you’d like. Go to “Search Booths” and select “Ready to Chat” for any company you want to chat with. 
• You won’t be put into multiple chats at the same time and you won’t be pulled out of chat that you’re currently in.
• You’ll get a notification when you’ve been put into a chat.

Each chat lasts 10 minutes, but employers have the ability to extend chats.

Brazen doesn’t show wait times.

Make sure to change your “Chat Availability” to “Away” whenever you’re not available to chat and to change it back to “Available” when you are available. 

An employer may invite you to do a video chat, so wear something that you’d be comfortable wearing in that situation. Also be aware of what is in your background. 

Ask for their contact information during your chat.

Yes, you will have access to this information for 6 months after the conference. Go to the “History” tab in your Brazen account to see this information.

Yes! If you see any roles you are interested in, you should apply and then mention it during your employer chat.

We encourage you to have a cover letter when you submit your resume.

Yes, companies have access to attendee demographic information and resumes ahead of time.

If you are interested in a job, be straightforward with employers about whether you could relocate. Some companies may be moving to virtual jobs, but this is company and role specific.

All relaunchers (people who have been on a career break) have a chance to get a job. 

This varies by company. We encourage companies to be flexible in their definition of a career break. Don’t self select out, but do be transparent about your career break and what you did during that time. 

Yes! Join our private iRelaunch Return To Work Forum Facebook group. This group is limited to relaunchers only and you must answer the two questions to be admitted. Please be sure you answer both questions or you will not be admitted.
