Valerie Cherneski

Valerie has been an Executive Coach and Career Strategist for over 11 years and brings a depth of experience and passion to helping people successfully find new roles that align with their values, strengths and interests.  As the Founder of Cherneski Coaching, Valerie focuses her practice on highly driven and dedicated professionals and assists them on a variety of issues to fuel their individual performance through career transition, work/life integration and professional excellence.  As an attorney and industrial relations specialist, Valerie acts as an experienced sounding board and advisor.  Valerie is proud that her work has no geographical, gender, or industry boundaries.

Valerie’s work with relaunchers combines her interest in career transition and supporting untapped, talented people to find their best work.  Valerie has been invited to record podcasts, publish articles, speak at conferences and run coaching groups on the topic of relaunching.  She has most recently co-created the Relaunch Success Group program because she is fiercely committed to supporting people to reclaim their professional identities and ‘get back in the game’.
