3-Month One-on-One Career Coaching with Mary Beth Barrett-Newman

One-on-One coaching allows relaunchers to work directly with a skilled coach to reach highly customized career reentry goals. A thoughtful career assessment is critical, as it drives the entire relaunch process. You must figure out exactly what you want to do, in light of your skills and interests shifting (or not) while you have been on career break. Your coach can guide you through a career assessment that is right for you and gives you the feedback you need to get the necessary clarity. Subsequently, you must navigate the “new job search,” with LinkedIn profiles, phone and Skype interviews, and researching companies on Twitter – all of which were probably not part of your experience the last time you were in “job search mode.”    

Your iRelaunch individual coach is your personal guide, sounding board and resource as you move through the relaunch process. Your coach can understand your vulnerabilities as well as help you recognize and acknowledge your strengths. The superb coaches we work with at iRelaunch are critical to helping you maintain your momentum, as you move forward through failures and triumphs along the way. A trusted ally who will also give you realistic, honest feedback, the coach can be a key source of strategy, strength and encouragement.

This package provides six (6) 50-minute sessions with Mary Beth Barrett-Newman, scheduled two-weeks apart. You will be contacted directly by Mary Beth to set up your appointments after you complete your payment.
