Brazen FAQ

How do I log into Brazen?

There are two ways to log into the November 19 and 20 Conference days.

  1. Directly through the email that Brazen sent you when you were added as a representative to your booth
  2. Through the Brazen url: https://app.brazenconnect.com/cc/#!login

If you HAVE registered for the Conference as a representative you will see an ENTER button

If you HAVE NOT registered for the Conference as a representative you will see a REGISTER button.

Below is a screen shot of both examples.

On your Home page (shown below) you will see the name of your company under “Your Booths” and your designation is in your booth. If you are an Employer panelist you will see “Presenter” listed. If you are a recruiter, you will see “Representative” listed. If you are both a “presenter” and a “representative” you will see both designations listed.

I don’t see the Conference dates listed.

Please go back to your Booth Owner and make sure you have been added to your company’s booth. If you see only one Conference day listed, please reach out to your Booth Owner to ask them to add you the second day.

Where do I chat with Relaunchers?

When the event is live you will log into Brazen lobby through the instructions above. ENTER the booth where you have been assigned. You will notice an orange circle around the booth where you are listed as a representative. To make sure you have entered Brazen as a REPRESENTATIVE and not a relauncher check your name to the left of the screen (see below) and look for the word “representative” under your name. If you don’t see representative you are likely in the event as a relauncher. Please contact [email protected] and they can help you log back in as a representative. Once in your booth you will see a green “CHAT” button. Click the CHAT button

To start chatting, turn on the toggle “Chat availability” under your profile picture on the top left of the screen and click on “Manage your chats”.

You will be automatically connected to a participant once they’re available to chat. You will have access to their information on the right side panel and resume if they uploaded one.

You can generate an automatic greeting as your first response and schedule for multiple chats to occur simultaneously. If you look to the left of the participant’s profile, you’ll see the time remaining in the chat. Once the time expires, you’ll have the option to extend the chat.

To navigate between chats, click on the participants profile on the left. You will see ‘NEW’ when there’s a new message. To end the chat, simply click on ‘END THIS CHAT’ on the top right corner.

Recruiters have the option to move from a text based chat to an audio chat seamlessly within the Brazen platform. Once the recruiter connects with the attendee and determines they would like to continue from a text based chat to a video chat, the recruiter clicks the video icon under their name

Once the icon is clicked the recruiter will see a pop up box that says their video is about to start. The recruiter can move directly to a video chat by clicking the orange button. Videos are not able to be recorded by the recruiter or the attendee.

Next Steps Rating Scale

If you are participating in a recruiting event, you'll see the Next Steps rating screen at the conclusion of each chat. It is important to provide a rating and to have clear notes about candidate interests, skill sets, and availability. This will help your team identify top candidates and allow your team to quickly follow up with them after the event, creating a great candidate experience.

Do I need to download the Brazen platform?
